Shipping & Returns

Owl Tree Kids provides free shipping for all orders over $50. Orders below $50 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $9. We ship within the 50 US states. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and sent out. 

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only, provided goods still have tags attached and are in original saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt of goods. Customers must send a return request to service@owltreekids.com to receive a prepaid shipping label. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the final credit amount. No refunds will be issued.

Only return requests for defective product above normal wear and tear will be accepted after 14 days of receipt of goods.
